Sand Creek Valley is one of the longest valley in Central Sangre de Cristo Range. The trail starts at Great Sand Dunes and joins Music Pass trail on the other side of the mountains. From the rocks south of the Music Pass you can see almost all the valley, with the closest and seemingfully largest unnamed mountain 13,369' high. Tijeras Peak (13,604) is visible also on the top right photo. Cleveland Peak (13,414) is hidden behind the unnamed 13,369 mountain.
